hmmm..

i am still fat.  no news there.  i am really being motivated by kali.  she runs all the time which has reminded me of how much i love it.  so i am going to do this belly off plan from women's health magazine.  i am really going to do it for 8 weeks.  the workouts seem cool and pretty easy-ish, and i am going to follow the abs diet.  we'll see how long i stick to this.

crap.  failed at weight watchers.  hope i don't fail at this too.  i am so fat, so very very fat.
