I lost 4.5 pounds.  That's pretty fucking awesome.  I only worked out 3 times, and i still managed to eat cookies and a piece of cake this past week.  I am SO fucking excited, because I was a little worried that I wouldn't lose anything.  So, yay!, for ww.

I printed up the BJCP (beer judge certification program) Style Guidelines and had them printed and coiled (so it opened nicely).  I have almost finished Brewing up a Business by Sam Calagione, and it's really good.  I think I am going to read the book Redhook by Stephen Krebs, so I can get a bit more information on the brewery for my tours.  And then, the studying begins.  I am going to somehow take the beginning brewing class on Jan 21st in Vancouver.  Somehow.  Or the one in Feb, depending on when my car will be okay again.

Speaking of my car- i need to get it in today/tonight.  Must must must.  Maybe dad will help pay for it, after i pay for my insurance bill.  AHHHH!!!!  What to do?!?!?  I have to call them, like NOW.
