so... week one of ww is done. i'm gonna be all cheesy and say that i am really proud of myself, because i have taken on a lot, and seem to be doing okay. the hardest thing for me (and especially around my friends) is the drinking thing. i mean, i work at a fucking brewery. this is hard. but i can already tell that i feel WAY less sluggish and way more healthy. it feels good.*no smoking
*no soda
*follow ww program
*work out
*no dating/no boys
*cut down on the drinking
it's kind of like this year for me. i am excited, and in addition to these items, i have a few goals for my intended career path:
1. take beginning brewing class at Bader in Vancouver, WA
2. take class from siebel institute by end of year
3. sit in with tom at the brewery
4. license Dirty Blonde Brewing
5. come up with logo/business plan/mission statement
6. start brewing some fucking good beer
i have my first weigh in tomorrow morning, and should post the results here.
ps. this picture is one of the reasons i joined weight watchers. fuck. i am so fat. 210 pounds.
